The Good Lord, Family & Good Times…

Just wanted to get on here and say how grateful I am to live in this amazing country. I hear people complain about living in this country and it angers me and saddens me. People have no idea how good we have it here in America. We have freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of love, freedom to own land, freedom to own businesse, equality amongst sexes, freedom own firearms. For those that don’t think we do have freedom, do some research into other countries. Look at the oppression, genocide and slavery people face. Look at the absolutely absurd laws they force on their people, look at the tax rates, look at population control. We have a lot to be grateful for here in this country and I’d like everyone to take a moment of silence and just thank the Almighty for what you have. Stop focusing your time on what you don’t have, or what your next big (or small) purchase is going to be. We have all we need in Christ and this country. It doesn’t take much effort to be ungrateful these days. But it takes a whole lot of effort to be grateful it seems. Let’s turn that situation around. Be grateful with little. Cause your “little” is someone else’s dream. Lets pray y’all….

Father,

I just want to take a moment, close my eyes, take a breath, and say thank you. Thank you for blessing me with what I have. I know I give in to the more culture and I’m sorry. Help me to change my heart and head and to focus on what really matters, You. Thank you for all you have given me. Amen.

I hope y’all have a wonderful weekend. Spend time this weekend looking for the Lord in everything and just smile and be grateful.
